Fast help for urgent problems
Plumbing and drainage
A burst pipe or blocked drain causing water damage, or a toilet, shower or sink that stops working.
Electricity and gas
An internal electrical or gas failure that makes the home unliveable.
Locked out
Help getting back into your home when you’re locked out.
Heating, hot water and cooling
Breakdown of the main heating, hot-water or air-conditioning system.

- Call the number in your membership pack
- We confirm your membership and arrange a qualified tradesperson
- The tradesperson makes the home safe and secure
- Up to two emergency call-outs in each 12 months, within set labour and parts limits
The tradesperson’s job is to deal with the emergency and make the home safe. Permanent repairs, and work above the membership limits, are arranged and paid for by the member.
