First call
A real person answers, checks everyone is safe and takes the details of the accident and the other driver.
Towing
If the car can’t be driven, we arrange a tow to a safe yard or straight to the repairer.
Authority
Where you weren’t at fault, we authorise the repair and the replacement car, and pay for both.
Replacement car
A like-sized hire car is delivered, with a fuel card and roadside support, at no charge to you.
Repair
An approved workshop, often in our Everyday Car Repair network, repairs the car while we send you updates.
Reimbursed
We send the invoices and evidence to the at-fault insurer and deal with them until it’s settled.
