Frequently asked questions

Coveryou hire cars come with insurance coverage and roadside assistance. No upfront payments are required, but customers should know they are responsible for these expenses, including tolls, infringements, and damage claim excesses.
We'll arrange transport to pick you up and drop you off when you collect your replacement vehicle, and again once your own car's ready — we'll get you back to the repairer to collect it. Either way, you won't be inconvenienced or out of pocket.
We supply latest model EVs, such as the Toyota bZ4X electric SUV. Tell us what you drive and we'll match you as closely as we can, subject to availability.
Yes. If you weren't at fault, we can put you in a latest model electric SUV such as the Toyota bZ4X while your Tesla is repaired.
No. Charging isn't included and we don't supply a charger. You charge the EV at home or at public charging stations, just as you would your own.
