We authorise and pay
We assess the damage, authorise the repair at an approved workshop and arrange a replacement vehicle. Coveryou pays the repairer and the hire provider directly.
We get reimbursed
We send the invoices and evidence to the at-fault insurer and deal with them until the claim is settled. You get your car back, repaired.

Is there any cost to me?
No. Coveryou pays the repairer and hire provider and gets reimbursed by the at-fault insurer. If you comply with the terms and give us accurate information, there is no charge to you, even if the reimbursement takes time.
Is this insurance?
No. Coveryou Accident Assist is an accident management service for drivers who were not at fault. Coveryou is not an insurer and does not issue insurance products.
What if I was partly at fault?
Accident Assist is for drivers who were not at fault. If fault is shared or unclear, call us and we will explain your options, including claiming through your own insurer.
Who chooses the repairer?
We use approved workshops, including the Everyday Car Repair network, and keep you updated through the repair. Let us know if you have a preferred workshop and we will check if it can be used.
What do I need to provide?
Your licence and registration details, the other driver’s details, the accident date, time and place, and photos if you have them.
